We have built a trusted network of consultants (Structural/MEP/Civil/Geotechnical Engineers, Lighting/Energy Consultants, Permit Expeditors, General Contractors) that we deploy on a per project basis, and have the expertise and experience to lead coordination through code review and design to permitting and approvals. We are heavily engaged during construction to ensure a timely and detailed-oriented execution of each project.

We have completed and are actively working on the following Residential Scopes of Work: New-Build Single-Family Residences, Single-Family Gut Remodels, Single-Family Additions, New-Build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), ADU Garage Conversions, California SB9 Units (Second Principal Dwelling Units), and Hardscape/Landscape Remodels.
